Order Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Customers can cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped without any additional fees.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns for items that are simply unwanted or for reasons other than damage. Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged items, and the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be damaged upon arrival.
• You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage before initiating a return.
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

3. Return Policy (Post-Shipment)
If your order has already shipped, you still have the option to return the item after receiving it.

• Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

4. How to Request a Return for a Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps to request a return:

2. Provide Evidence: You must provide clear pictures showing the damage to the item. These pictures should clearly show the damaged area, as well as the packaging (if applicable). This evidence is required to process your return request.
3. Return Authorization: After we review the damage, our support team will confirm whether a return is accepted. If the return is approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization.
4. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please carefully pack the item and use a reliable shipping method. Make sure to get a tracking number for your return shipment.
5. Refund Process: Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: Only the cost of the damaged item will be refunded. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

5. Refunds for Damaged Items
Refunds will only be issued for damaged items that meet the following criteria:

• The item must be reported as damaged within 7 days of receiving it.
• Clear photo evidence of the damage must be provided.
• The return must be approved by our customer support team before shipping.

Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process after we receive the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that are not damaged.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
• Items returned without photo evidence of the damage.
• Items that are used or opened (unless damaged).
